I can't say enough about this clinic. Doctor Robert Lees is very professional who takes the time to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. The receptionist is very caring and does everything possible for us to be seen same day for emergencies. One of our cats is hyperthyroid and had a recurring uti the day before we left on holidays down south. The receptionist made sure the doctor could assess our cat before we left. They prescribed her new meds, what a relief as we could now leave her meds with the pet sitter and not worry. Thank you for all you do!

*I highly recommend this clinic—they are the best I’ve ever seen! The staff genuinely care about your pet’s well-being and are both professional and compassionate. They also understand and respect their clients’ financial situations.
Here’s my experience: My dog, Fido, injured his paw badly and received initial care at the VCA since it happened on a weekend. When I realized I couldn’t afford the cost of the follow-up appointment, I left a voicemail requesting to postpone it. I called on Thursday to bring my Frenchie , Ms. Gucci, in for a medical issue that required immediate attention. They were able to fit us in that afternoon. She received the best care as she always does by the veterinary staff. Diane the receptionist is most pleasant. She even called the next day to see how Ms. Gucci was doing. Bar none they are simply the best around!
