Phoned a few days ago to try and get an appointment for an oil change. While I could not get in same day the individual answering the phone was very professional and made me feel that he really wanted to help. Next oil change I will book an appointment well in advance as there is no doubt I will receive excellent service.

We live in New Brunswick and visited the GTA recently. We left the GTA on June 15, 2023 and used highway 115 to Peterborough and then highway 7 east. At some point a part of the belly pan under the car fell off. A Google search identified a few locations. We decided to call THOMSON’S Automotive in MARMORA, and explained our situation. The person who answered was extremely understanding and was willing to help us. He guided us to the garage and within a very short time resolved our issue and we were on our way again. My wife and I are most grateful to the manager and staff of THOMSON’S Automotive in Marmora for providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Good work, honest family owned business. They really explain what's halendas with your car and are fully transparent with parts and repair costs. Also very friendly :) thanks guys!
