Called Randle Plumbing, spoke with Elgin. Explained my problem/concern with the bladder tank for my well. Arranged for someone to come out the next morning (they were on time), accessed the problem, they quoted me a new tank installed price. Removed the old tank, installed the new tank, explained everything to me, answered my questions, cleaned up, no mess left behind and we're gone. Thanks to Brok and Kale, they were friendly and professional.

So good I had the crews to the house twice in a week!!! Both crews did amazing work installing a water softener and then a hot water tank. Calls and texts were answered quickly and showed up when they said they would. Pricing right what I planned for. Work is neat and tidy and looks great. Will be my go to team now as soon as I save up for the next job!!! ?

Awesome company! We called in the morning and they were here in 2 hours to look at our hot water tank. It had to be replaced which they did the next morning. Our tank was under warranty but they didn't deal with our brand but they picked up the brand that was covered under warranty which they had to go get and took the leaking one away and handled the all the work to get the warranty without us having to do a thing! Thanks to Elgin the owner and to Brock the technician for taking care of all this in 12 hours...you deserve all the great reviews you get! Mike Susko
