Woodbine Chrysler Ltd is a mixed experience for its customers. While some have reported positive interactions with friendly and dedicated staff, others have had negative experiences. The service department is honest about necessary repairs to keep customers safe on the road, and the dealership boasts a gorgeous inventory of impeccably clean cars. Customers have praised the knowledgeable and helpful sales team, who go above and beyond to provide an enjoyable and stress-free buying experience. Overall, Woodbine Chrysler Ltd offers a mixed but generally positive customer experience.
Excellent and exceptional customer service is constantly provided by Bobby and his sales manager, we bought an Audi from them and they went above and beyond to address our concerns and they provided amazing solutions and service even after three months from buying our car. They are amazing dealership to deal with very honest and friendly. Thank you so much Bobby for your continued service.
Just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Woodbine Chrysler. After a mechanical failure left us stranded while travelling home on a very tough day, they were able to get us in on short notice and get us on the road and home the same day. My wife and I thank you a million times over.
Mr Steve Matyas,
I personally wanted to send my thanks. Thank you for listening to our concerns firstly. I did not have the opportunity to fully express my gratitude to getting our vehicle on the road safely and with peace of mind knowing someone had our back and our vehicle was looked after.
We appreciate your patience for us “old ladies”. I am so grateful for the opportunity under the circumstances to have our suv back on the road!
Although she needed alot of tlc it was worth it!
A special shout out to Julie who helped me initially on the phone and convinced me the value of customer service! Above & beyond!
