Dr Cliff and the entire staff at Wellington are incredibly caring and helpful. As pet owners themselves, they understand the importance and love we have for our pets. When my little guy Rufus got sick, they were in constant contact with me and always available to see him and answer questions if I had to admit him to emerg. They sent me the most beautiful card when he passed. I've since moved to Northern Ontario and had an emergency with my senior kitty. I could not find a vet here and in a panic, I called Wellington. Jessica not only remembered me but she gave me some advice on what I could do at home until I found a vet. I did end up finding one and got a follow-up call today to make sure Katie is OK and that I was able to find a vet to see her. I am so grateful to everyone working there and would highly recommend Wellington to anyone who loves their pet, and wants the very best care and attention for them.
