I had a positive experience. I waited 20 minutes at the walk in clinic without an appointment - not bad at all. The receptionist I got was courteous and professional. The doctor was nice. The pharmacy was alright too.

Yesterday, I took my dad to King Square Medical Centre for his first visit, and we had a great experience.

First, I’d like to sincerely thank Jackie at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and kind, both over the phone and in person. She gave us clear guidance and patiently answered all of our questions. Since it was our first time there and we weren’t familiar with the process, her support really made us feel at ease.

The front desk staff are really wonderful. They are friendly, patient, and very efficient. From the first phone call to booking and checking in, everything was handled clearly and smoothly. They also helped arrange referrals and followed up very well, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The doctor is kind, patient, and attentive, and I felt well cared for during the consultation. I also appreciate that the referral was arranged quickly when needed. The nurse was gentle and supportive, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
