The main receptionist is nice. Dr Jonathan Lau who is my new family Dr is nice. He takes the time to explain things clearly and really put into thoughts of what specialist or exam is needed for my case. He is patient and knowlegeable.

I’ve gone here twice and they’re very nice! No appointment, did walk-in and although the lady was in the middle of her lunch, she stopped to accommodate me and my problem because it was a little urgent! They are very quick and it saved me a lot of time as other places would take 40+ minutes while this only took 15-20!

Waited there for about 50 minutes after the time booked, arrived on time. Two patients ahead of me. Don’t expect to wait for such a long time. Otherwise nothing unexpected.

UPDATE: front desk called me the day after to apologize the long waiting time and explained the reason with very good attitude. They also told me they have followed up with doctor and work together to improve it, I can see they're making good effort to make it better. Changing my review from 2 to 3 stars.
