Get your haircut here at your own risk…Terrible customer service, was specifically told not to trim my hair too short before the cut but the guy just decided to do whatever he wanted and had the audacity to claim he’s confirmed twice how short I wanted trimmed off. If anyone decides to give this terrible place a try, definitely confirm the price before the cut cause they’ll try to gouge you by adding extra to the price posted outside the window without telling you and end up tipping on top. Wouldn’t even have gone to this place if my regular barber was on vacation but lesson learned…
Terrible, don’t go there. My first and second time haircut was ok , I tipped him good after the service. My last hair cut was really bad. He tried to rush to cut my hairs because there were another customer waiting. I asked him to cut it shorter, he rushed again, it wasn’t short as I like. I asked him again nicely. He angrily blew hair off and removed the cover then asked me to pay. It was terrible how he treated his customer.
When I asked the hairdresser to not cut the hair too short for my child in Mandarin, he suddenly got irritated and impatient, mumbled Cantonese. I raised the same request in English, the hairdresser said he was working and I was interrupting him. Shocked by the bad attitude. The hairdressers likely only speak Cantonese and might not like Chinese customers much. But let me get this straight for you:When I enter the room, I’m a customer; you might have diff (political) views (e.g. the tension between Hong Kong and China) on various things, but they are irrelevant when you are serving your customers.
