Vertex has been my go to since forever. Every fix and cleaning I’ve ever had, I’ve done through them. Through family heirlooms and through custom built jewelry, they’ve taken care of me exceptionally well and their prices have been fantastic. Always quick, clean, clean and never any headaches. Vertex is a prime example of what all jewelry stores should be, very glad I chose and stayed with them all these years.
had the best experience at Verrex Jewelry. It’s a new shop, but the owner, Alex, has been in the business for over 12 years and it really shows. I brought my watch in to get fixed and sized, and he handled it so quickly and perfectly.
What really stood out to me was just how kind, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable Alex is. He took the time to chat with me, and his background in custom jewelry is incredibly impressive. It’s so hard to find honest, talented craftsmanship these days, and Alex is the real deal. Thank you so much for the amazing help! I’ll definitely be back and will 100% recommend to my family and friends.
Absolutely incredible experience working with Vertex! Viken and team are the absolute best at what they do. From the very beginning of my engagement ring design process they were thoughtful, approachable, incredibly well versed and truly a dream to work with. My ring is OUTSTANDING and I could not possibly be happier (literal happy tears). Do not hesitate in working with this incredible group of professionals- I will tell everyone I know to do the same.
