If I could leave a 10-star review, I absolutely would.
I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Jess and the entire team at VCA Cachet Village Animal Hospital. They have provided exceptional care and compassion for my two senior cats with urinary issues and kidney dysfunction.
Managing the health of senior pets can be stressful and emotional, but Dr. Jess always takes the time to thoroughly explain her findings, recommendations, and the reasoning behind each next step. I never feel rushed, and every question is answered with patience and kindness.

Been going here for 8 years. To start, I have zero complaints about the Dr's, the staff and the service they provide. Everything is exceptional.
However, the prices have increase substantially and you won't notice it. It started at roughly $85 per consult for the yearly visit in 2018. Every year that consult has increased 10%. This year, it was $131.05 (pre-tax) for the yearly consult to receive the flea/tick meds. I was in and out in 7 minutes as I timed it. That's a 54% increase in total, and roughly $18/min of service.
I feel the hourly rate should be prorated or at least be charged in increments of an hour like at least 0.5 hrs.
I had a very good experience with Dr Jessica. She’s very kind and caring, making sure my parents (who don’t speak English very well) understand what she’s saying and being quite transparent with procedures and prices. She answers all their questions with patience.
