While the process seemed long, from application approval to all work completed, it was overall a positive experience. I had many questions throughout the process and all were answered very quickly. I would like to especially say THANK YOU to Morgan Desouza, Quality Assurance Administrator, who got me through the last leg of the wait for the delivery of our new refrigerator.
Our main goal was to have the attic insulated and were also offered (and accepted) basement insulation. When we were told we qualified to receive a new refrigerator, that was a welcome surprise.
