Eric Hickley did my pre and post evaluation of my house. He is very professional, organized, punctual. He patiently explained the process and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Eric.
The inspector did a detailed job in inspecting my house after the work was completed. It’s a very complicated process and he gave us advice on how to proceed through the paperwork. He had a good sense of humour (necessary for these audits).
