Had the home inspectors come do an energy audit to participate in the greener homes initiative. The inspector (Joe) we had was knowledgeable and honest with his feedback. The downside was that there was only really one recommendation that made any financial sense which limited our participation in the program. Not a fault of the Home Inspectors Group, but definitely something to consider for those thinking about entering the program. Jared, one of the client relation representatives, was unbelievably helpful in sorting out our next steps and helping us understand the greener homes initiative program.

They answered my many, many questions, they constantly kept me up to date on next steps and deadlines, and they were quick to respond with follow ups.
I can't name specifically all the people I worked with as it took close to 2 years for us to handle all of our work due to a number of personal issues, but every single person I spoke and communicated with was kind, courteous, and helpful. While the process seemed long, from application approval to all work completed, it was overall a positive experience. I had many questions throughout the process and all were answered very quickly. I would like to especially say THANK YOU to Morgan Desouza, Quality Assurance Administrator, who got me through the last leg of the wait for the delivery of our new refrigerator.
Our main goal was to have the attic insulated and were also offered (and accepted) basement insulation. When we were told we qualified to receive a new refrigerator, that was a welcome surprise.
