Sunflower Drycleaners & Alterations

Guys, there is something very wrong with this dry cleaning store! ! !
Be sure to remember to record, take photos and videos as evidence before sending them for cleaning (say this three times)! ! ! I walked into the store and casually asked the proprietress about the price (a middle-aged woman with glasses and long hair tied up). She said that the price for cleaning men's goose is $55 (I think it's reasonable, it was the same price in other places before!). After the shower on Saturday, she said 65, okay, I thought I heard it wrong! Very bad service. I went to wash my goose and found that the feather of the hat was missing when I picked it up. The owner said it was not written on the receipt and wanted to blame me for not bringing it in the first place. After I questioned her, she went to the back and said she found it. I couldn't believe her at all and even doubted whether the one she gave me was the original one.

Not recommended. This place is a RIP OFF. Originally quoted $3.99 x 2 to launder, not dry clean, two blouses. When I came to pick up she said it's $25 because the shirt was 3 inches longer. She also mentioned her business is not good so that explains why she's over charging/ ripping customers off. Never again.Service: Laundry pick-up
