My bangs ended up completely messed up; it seems the stylist didn’t know how to follow the picture I provided and lacked expertise in cutting bangs at all.-After spotting the one-star review, the owner approached me expressing his disappointment. This is ridiculous.

Carlo is the man you go for! Extremely good and his longs time experience can definitely deliver the hair style you want....but surely you don't expect to go there to get a superstar hair style when your face ain't even suitable for that hair style...he is nice and charming...have been going to him for years...should have left him a 5 stars a long time ago...
