After four years of seldom use (couples times a month), the S-Q backpack I purchase in December 2020 is showing significant wear. The overall craftmanship is excellent, the style and look is great, but unfortunately the material along edges is coming apart. If this bag were leather, it would have lasted much longer. The material is not durable, the 60 day warranty is disappointing and therefore I do not recommend these bags.

I love the design of the backpack however within a month of purchasing the zipper began fraying then promptly broke. I contacted the company directly but was told that since I bought the backpack from a store rather than directly from them there was nothing they could do. Honestly I am very disappointed because I like to support local products and for the price of the bag I had expected it to last longer than cheap bags.
