Just spoke to a lovely lady named Sid who was extremely pleasant, took time to explain the process and just was a wonderful representative of the company. Extremely professional and clean workers! I was so impressed with the level of care the workers took to ensure the area they used were covered and protected. They had four men and I was shocked. As I haven’t seen that many workers ever. It was nice to see how much care they took. I replaced my entire fan coil unit / retro fit I believe. The supervisor was outstanding he helped come up with some options as to a issue we were having due to the way my unit was built , and the low pressure with the air in master suite and so far so good!
