Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, came in looking to purchase some gold fish. The service was great. I ended up getting two of them. Brought them home and my kids were fascinated.

I have been taking my little havanese dog to Brittany at PetSmart Markham to be groomed for many years and I have to say she is just awesome. She goes above and beyond and makes sure the grooming is perfect, takes great care of my fur baby. Kudos to Brittany for her great work, enthusiasm and care for her customers!

Love this pet store at Castlemore! Always great service with helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff! (Only wish the prices were a little cheaper and that they carried more raw food selections for cats in particular, Tolden Farms raw with botanicals)
