I love this place because they are very professional and can make my Oreos look the way I want. They can do Japanese styles, Asian style. I love so much. The groomers received him warmly every time and he went home happy. I recommend this store ~

Very accommodating - very kind to my little dogs - did clean job; generally pleased & pleasant experience!As of October/ November 2023, l would give this place ZERO stars. There is a horrible male groomer at this place who completely terrorized my Maltese Poodle of 15 and although l had brushed his lovely soft & fluffy ears, this idiot of a groomer trimmed his ears to MERE TRIANGLES knowing that the weather is COLD!! Unbelievable. They still have not grown back and it’s December and normally, his ears would be down to his lower cheeks, providing protection from frigid cold. I’m so very very angry and upset, feeling so guilty to trust these idiots. Never ever again!...read full review

We've been taking our 3-year-old toy poodle,Nala, to Pawllywood for 2 years now, and our furry friend absolutely loves it there. The excitement she shows every time we arrive is a testament to the fantastic care she receives. Aney, the groomer, is not only skilled but also incredibly accommodating. She listens to our requests with kindness and patience, making sure our poodle looks her absolute best. We couldn't be happier with the services provided by Pawllywood. It's a place we trust and highly recommend for grooming and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

We use premium shampoo and conditioner on all pets at no extra cost , all pet deserves the best product on them. Each grooming room(dog grooming room and cat only grooming room ) and bathing room have its own exhaust fan. We make sure air circulation well and safe in all area. Equipments are disinfected after each use. Pet safety and feeling are our First Priority. Please note that Our groomers will refuse the service that will potentially harm the dogs or cats, we put our fur babies first. If you share the same perspective this is the right place for you!
