Customer services are awesome. Friendly, helpful... they are just great! Love to shop at this location, things are organized so it's quite easy to find the things I need. I've been to Richmond Hill one and it's just different. I like the Markham one better!!

I had a bit of a stressful and overwhelming experience at this Party City. One of the staff was blowing up balloons and kept popping them while I was shopping, at least a dozen times. I don't know if the balloons were from the store or if someone brought them in, so I was a bit nervous about the quality. Coupled with the very loud music, it was not the most enjoyable shopping trip.The staff was friendly and helpful though when I made it to the cash counter. They were great in providing recommendations on balloon options and ensured we were on the same page about my desired balloon arrangement, and I was set up with a scheduled pick-up.Pick up a week later was a breeze....read full review

I can’t say enough good things about Chase and his team at Party City Markham. He went out of his way to help my company coordinate a huge last minute balloon and decor order for an event we were holding at the Markham Fairgrounds yesterday. Thank you so much for your help, advice and all the extras. The balloons and everything else we sourced from your store helped liven up the empty shell of an event space. See you again the next time we need party decor!
