Great experience at Cosmo Medical Spa. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The service was excellent and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

I ordered a vitamin B complex from them (cosmo med spa) and overall had a good experience.

I didn’t get tracking info at first, which threw me off a bit, but when I reached out about a week later they replied pretty quickly and sent it over. By the time I checked, the package had already made it to my mailbox. Yay.

Everything arrived sealed, in good condition, and packed with ice packs to keep it cool, which I appreciated. Product was exactly what I expected.

I did notice the emails came through from them in French, which was a bit unexpected. Not sure if that was on my end or theirs, but worth noting if you don’t speak French.

I can't say enough good things about Coco at NewU Spa! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always knows exactly what I need. The spa itself in Markham is so clean, welcoming, professional and relaxing. Coco's technique is flawless, and the results are consistently fantastic. If you're looking for a top-tier spa experience, do yourself a favor and book with Coco!
