After describing the problem, asking me questions, trouble shooting the car themselves and/or by asking me questions, Terry consistently and carefully explains what they will do with my car so that I fully understand what will be done. A quote is then given to me, which I sign in advance so that, I know what I will be paying. The work is done in a timely fashion. Work has only been delayed if they have to order a part and wait for it to be delivered to them. I have been always been pleased with their professional and friendly service. I have dealt with this company for over a decade and highly recommend their services.

I had to search up for a place to get my 2014 B250 serviced...Joe/Terry and their team are thorough professional...infact, ever since the A1 service at their place, I noticed significant difference in the way the car drove..it was smoothest in a year....(last service at Mercedes markham was horrible, cant imagine paying so much there for terrible customer service and squeezing the pocket)

I've been bringing my vehicle to Master Mechanic for several years now - I don't even live in Markham anymore, but still make the trip to come here specifically. They always do great work for a reasonable price. Joe and Terry are great as is the rest of their team!
