After describing the problem, asking me questions, trouble shooting the car themselves and/or by asking me questions, Terry consistently and carefully explains what they will do with my car so that I fully understand what will be done. A quote is then given to me, which I sign in advance so that, I know what I will be paying.
The work is done in a timely fashion. Work has only been delayed if they have to order a part and wait for it to be delivered to them.
I have been always been pleased with their professional and friendly service.
I have dealt with this company for over a decade and highly recommend their services.
I had to search up for a place to get my 2014 B250 serviced...Joe/Terry and their team are thorough professional...infact, ever since the A1 service at their place, I noticed significant difference in the way the car drove..it was smoothest in a year....(last service at Mercedes markham was horrible, cant imagine paying so much there for terrible customer service and squeezing the pocket)
