I dropped off a bunch of items here for the first time: a sport coat, a wool blend cap, a $700 cotton/silk blend white dress shirt, and a bunch of other generic dress shirts. What I really liked off the bat is that when I pointed out the stains on the garments, the lady put stickers on them to identify them. She also put a special silk sticker on my white dress shirt which also had a large stain. After pickup, I inspected each garment carefully, they had perfectly cleaned, stain removed, and perfectly pressed.
I took a pretty huge risk in not coming here before and trusting them with that special dress shirt, but they pulled it off and I couldn’t be happier....read full review

Old owners were charming and always had my stuff cleaned to my liking. I think new owners took over a few months ago; doesn’t feel like they know what they’re doing and service is sub-par. I’ll probably try other places now.
