Normally I wouldn't leave a review but when your'e spending upwards of 6'000$ on something it's important to know who you can trust. For anyone in the market for HVAC services these are the people for the job, Mitchell and Cylas were great.
In addition to the immediate work, after they came for the initial consult, they noticed we didn't have many portable heaters and so kindly lent us about 5 of them so our house didn't get too cold in the mean time.

Had a great experience! Was selling my home and the home inspector pointed out some inefficency in my AC. I called and a real person answered the phone within a few rings and set up an appt for the next afternoon. The tech Mitchell was fantastic! Called ahead of time and was there within minutes. He was very personable and proceeded to go through the issue and then he ran his tests. He completed his work in quick order and wrote the report. All of this at a very reasonable cost! I highly recommend Markham Heating & AC and Mitchell!

Definitely recommend this company. I looked at several companies and these guys had the best reviews and were competitive in their pricing. I told them what I was looking for - a humidifier replacement. They gave a quote and stuck to it.
Installation was estimated to take a few hours but the installer finished an hour early. He gave detailed instructions on how to use it and clean it. Our humidifier is working perfectly for the past month now. I'd use them again for any other needs
