I wish I had gone to Mainly Mac initially before the Apple Store( poor & incompetent service). I spent hours with Apple on the phone and in the store to figure out my computers problem, which they made worse actually. I think they wanted me to buy another computer!!!I was very impressed with Mainly Mac's expertise & pricing.They worked in a timely manner and had my computer back next day!! I highly recommend Phil and his team. I will now deal with them for my computer needs instead of Apple.

I have had two issues with my 11 year old Mac over the years & have had full on satisfaction with the correction of these issues by Mainly Mac. A first rate organization. Accommodating reception, expert diagnosis of the problem, a thorough explanation of the solution recommendations, professional repair & competitive pricing. An excellent company & a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Mainly Mac.

Amazing customer service and very knowledge.Brought my 12 years odl Macbook Pro to fix a screen mirroring issue and it quikcly fix by Sydney and Jean. The Team is very knowledgeable. You guys rock.
