The atmosphere is great. Everyone I spoke to was professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely return in the future if needed. I commuted an hour to come see them twice and was worth it each time

I’ve been going to JOYCITY for years for their quality service and professionalism. I consistently go for my seasonal changeover, plus balancing and rotating. Their team is highly professional with a fast turn around and zero compromises to quality.I recently went to install my winters and have them mounted on a new set of painted rims. They handled everything with care and the work was done within 20 minutes. Update: just went again for my seasonal tire change and storage. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Scott and his staff are efficient as always. I don't understand some of the low reviews of this shop. Folks coming on here whining about their wheels (at the back) getting scratched. Guess what - that happens everywhere. As soon as the wheels are clamped to change or add tires there will be marks. This isn't an OEM auto factory. Scott has fair prices and sticks to his word. He is straightforward and cuts to the chase. Is his front staff perfect? No and he will admit that.
