Amazing service, thank you Imperial Energy for your quick response, they changed my furnace 5 years ago and this morning we woke up to no heat, I called them and they answered right away, they had someone in my house before noon,. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and quick and the part was covered under their warranty. Thank you for quick response and answering my calls. I recommend them ?.
I called Nima for an emergency furnace failure just before the long weekend in the middle of winter. Immediately, he helped me by replacing it with a new high-quality furnace at a competitive price. His staff showed up at my house within a few hours after our call. They were all professional, friendly, and courteous. My house remained as clean as it was before they came. They collected all the debris and left my place neat and clean. I am thankful to them for showing up on a last-minute call. I was a cold and snowy day, thank you guys!
