The Doctor was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable , upbeat and explained everything in detail! She put me at ease the minute she walked in the room .Picking out my glasses was a great experience. Jess made me feel comfortable also and explained everything she was doing and why . She was very helpful and friendly and got me my glasses within a few days.

I walked into HPO Optical, Markham location for the first time and was impressed with the reprehensive named Jess who went extra miles to resolve the issue that I had with my wife’s frame. She was willing to help and later did a quick walkthrough of their large selection of eyeglasses and lenses. I will not hesitate to recommend HPO Optical and will surely visit them for my next eye exam and optical needs.
