I called homepro in a panic for a pest issue. They were able to help me via text message to confirm the insect wasn’t what we thought it was. We didn’t end up needing their services, but I still give 5 stars for their dedication & help in an immediate situation!

I had a bed bug problem in one of the rental units. Homepro in general and Murtaza in specific has given us the best customer service support possible! They have gone above and beyond in responding to all queries we had and explaining the prep for the treatment. Jason, the technician has been highly professional and explained us the whole process, did full inspection and carried out the treatment in the most stressfree environment as possible. Very impressed with the service the whole team has extended. We will be waiting to see improvements and will update the review with the final results in coming weeks.
