We’ve had to use Highland twice in a year. We came back because the whole experience last time was professional, sympathetic, understanding in a modern, clean and functional environment. It was the same this time.
L.J., our funeral director tended to all our needs quickly and professionally. We even got comments from some of our friends and family on how they were impressed by the experience even during this sad time for us.

First off, I find it strange that all businesses are now asking for Google reviews (including funeral homes?). Having said that, I would definitely say that Mr. Na and the staff at Highland funeral home were very professional and empathetic during an exceptionally chaotic and challenging time. The planning meeting went smoothly as Mr. Na was very meticulous in all the details that needed to be reviewed and signed off. The funeral itself went off without any significant issues and he was helpful in guiding us through some of the government notification processes post service. His experience and calm demeanor were an absolute asset during this difficult endeavor.
