My home AC failed yesterday (Sunday) and my family suffered a night of nature sauna. I called High Life this morning (Monday) and they sent a technician right away (within 30 mins from my call). The failed capacitor is replaced and AC is back on. Thank you very much for the prompt service!
Note that I have been High Life's customer more than 25 years. That also tells a lot.

We have been using Carrier equipments from High Life for more than 35 years. They always show good sales and service in the past. I replaced my Carrier furnace and air conditioning again today, the hottest day ever, while my AC decided to quit working. Darren shows his knowledge on explaining very details on the system
His service team Kia and Ernest also shows good experience and professionalism on installation. I appreciate their work ,and recommend to many of my neighbors and friends as well.

The level or service and expertise is bar none the best I have experienced so far. And I've had my fair share of experience with trades people! Mark and his team were on point from start to finish. Sina his Installer was meticulous and highly experienced. They laid down floor protection and were extremely careful with my homes finishes. The pictures speak for themselves. You'd think with this level of care and service the price would be astronomical.... That was not the case! Pricing was more than fair and well below anyone out there! Thank you High Life!
