Thank you High Efficiency (HE) technician coming in today to perform all furnace-related checkup and maintenance. I am confident with HE and am at ease all the way because I know in advance what the tasks will be (a list of the jobs has been forwarded to me days ahead) and the technician kept me informed of what he did as his job rolled out and completed.
Liam was thorough with our annual furnace maintenance check and answered all of our questions. He laid out our options and made really helpful suggestions about how we could proceed with our aging furnace and also what to do with our A/C for an upcoming reno. We really appreciated his input. We've used High Efficiency twice now and have been really pleased with the service.
