We visited Heritage Kitchen on the recommendation of others and gave the representative the dimensions of our kitchen and what we wanted. She said she'd get back to us. We called about a month later and she said we would have the plans "by next week."It's been at least six months and we still haven't heard from anyone, so my advice is to make sure you have a back-up plan when dealing with them.
