Had a Swedish massage today. My therapist Jessica Shi was extremely professional and friendly. The spa environment was very clean and clam. I went to many spa places before. And I think this location will be my top 3. Will recommend to friends and family.

Highly recommend this place as the RMTs are professional and excellent at what they do, and the location is great with ample parking space. More importantly, the staff take the initiative to sort out any problems you may have. Some weeks ago, I discovered that my remaining credit (from a 3 month membership I had purchased) disappeared from the system. After calling the receptionist on a Sunday to explain the situation, she promised to look into this. Late Monday evening, I received a call to explain that my credit had been reinstated and I could proceed to use it on my next visit. Had my post Caribana massage done at the Castlemore location in Markham and whatta experience! Andrew, the therapist worked intensely on my tight muscles to help alleviate the soreness. Job well done! Walked out feeling loose...The facility was clean with background soft spa music playing during the massage. Friendly customer service before and after is also key and was served up?
