I never have a problem with them, however when my mom and aunt paid cash, they took $5 and said this is for the tip. They don't ask, it's more like telling. I thought that was very unprofessional. Left a bad feeling for my mom and aunt too. They usually give tip on their own, but when they demand something like that and just take it, it's rude.

Came here by fluke....was looking for dip nails and they said they only do gel. I wasn't sure but decided to give it a try. My nails turned out AMAZING and in much better condition than with dip powder. I will highly recommend.

Graceful Nails & Spa offers the best services I’ve ever come across. I’ve been going there for over 4 years, it is my “me time” getaway, I always leave feeling pampered and my nails looking amazing. I tried different places during the pandemic which only proved that driving from Oshawa to Markham is worth it. Thank you ladies, you’re fantastic!Services: Manicures
