I visited Float Valley in Markham last week as a Father’s Day treat from my wife, and it was such a relaxing and worthwhile experience. Recommend everyone to give it a try, if you haven’t already.
I’ve floated before at another location in Durham Region, which closed permanently, so my visit to Float Valley was the first new place I’ve tried. I’m happy I did because it really stood out to me. The space was very clean, quiet, calming, and well set up with all the amenities you’d need before and after your float. Everything felt organized and comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

The 60-Min Hot, Cold and Red Light Therapy session was such an amazing experience , I never expected this to be so beneficial for the body and mind. Waking up this morning and not feeling any pain or discomfort in my legs was such a relief , can’t wait to come back for another session!
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to both Jose and Marc. They were both so accommodating for every single one of our needs. They explained every room thoroughly and guided us to the exact room that we wanted to. We ended up doing the float room. The room itself was perfect. The only thing that would make the experience even better for next time would be lotion already in the room and a built-in showerhead I feel like the one in the room was a bit more flimsy and at times it would just fall down.
