I just wanted to give a huge shout out to both Jose and Marc. They were both so accommodating for every single one of our needs. They explained every room thoroughly and guided us to the exact room that we wanted to. We ended up doing the float room. The room itself was perfect. The only thing that would make the experience even better for next time would be lotion already in the room and a built-in showerhead I feel like the one in the room was a bit more flimsy and at times it would just fall down. Very clean facility. I went in with significant inflammation in my back and after one session it was drastically reduced. I.e went in with back pain came out pretty much pain free. Helps my back recover faster than any chiro/physio session every has. Highly recommend it.
My first FST & reiki treatment with Omar was incredible. I always felt like I couldn’t quite release all the tension when I stretched on my own and the FST really helped with that. Omar was very professional, made the experience very comfortable and even provided a debrief with tips to take away following the treatment. I love his approach of combining FST & reiki to open up the body both within and physically. I’ll be back :)
