I did the ozone steam sauna. Staff was friendly. clean and modern facility. I personally think 30 minutes in steam is too much so I’d hesitate before doing it again. Also I’m not a fan of mandatory cards stored in the system. Overall still grateful for a positive experience.
Had an awesome experience at Float Valley. The floating experience allowed my mind and body to enter a different dimension (a meditative state of mind) - allowing all my senses to calm down and reset. I felt refreshed and mentally clear. Will definitely do it again.
Jordan is an excellent breath work facilitator, along with his passion and added sound therapy I've enjoyed his classes for years. Now with joining Float Valley he just took the experience to the next level. Well done! Comfy beds, EE system, the sound bath. Wonderful facility. Highly recommend the experience.
