Not worth it. They don't clean the working space between clients and are very focused on upselling another product instead of focusing on the client and what they need at the moment.

My hairstylist, Mai, pulled my shirt down from the back to check if I was wearing anything inside my sweater when I told her I felt uncomfortable taking off my sweater for the cut. I did not think much of it when it happened two days ago, but now I really think that was not appropriate to be yanking my sweater down. Will not be coming back. I understand that the sweater may have been an issue but I have been to places that have allowed me to wear it. I just don't think that was appropriate to be doing that.Service: Hairstyling

I’ve been going here for years and always been happy. Now the new manager here says that neck trims are to be charged for at the same price as a haircut. The price menu board clearly indicates at the bottom that Neck and Moustache Trims are Complimentary. I showed the manager this on their board and she refused service. I told her I would escalate to their head office. She said she is the head office. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I will not be returning to this brand after more than two decades of customer loyalty.
