I came in looking for a replacement nose pad.. they replaced it for no charge unlike the store where I bought them from who asked for 20 for each pad. So thank you Solis for the great customer service
The staffs are super helpful and nice. My glasses was missing a screw and they helped me to find a screw to replace the old one with no charge, even my glasses was not purchased from them. Since I have high prescription and is legally blind without my glasses. Their help is super appreciated.
Came in today to get sunglasses. Worked with Trissha, as she previously helped us out and we had a great experience! She was so patient and gave me lots of options and time to make my decision. Will definitely come back to see her again! Thank you Trissha!
