Last Thursday, my original plan was to drop by Circle K to redeem a digital coupon. It was successful.When I got to my car, I had a quarter of gas left in my car's tank. I knew that I was heading to work the next day, followed by hitting the Long Branch area. I felt that filling up my car's gas tank was in order.I pulled up next to an available gas pump. I liked how crisp the screen was. The instructions to insert my PC Optimum card, followed by my credit card were straightforward. I ended up redeeming some points. The entire process was smooth.I am not a regular Esso customer, but dropping by an Esso is growing on me. I ended up paying $54 worth of gas. All was great.This...read full review

Disappointing experience. Typically service is great, however, after driving 2 hours from up North, car riddled with bug debris, stopped there to get a wash just before 10:00 p.m. as they close their car wash at 10:00 p.m. at this location. Arrived at 9:50 p.m. filled my vehicle and was in requesting a car wash by 9:55 p.m. only to be told that the car wash was closed at 9:50 p.m. today, rather than 10p.m. Not a huge deal but a disappointment, as I took a different exit and rerouted just to come to this location for a car wash. In an age where customer service should be every company's priority, I felt let down by the experience.
