Mark was recommended to me by a high end home renovation company, which the owner of the company said "I use Mark on my personal house when there's drain problems" We had our drain pipes clogged/collapse from roots and a small water backup in the basement. He came to assess the job quickly, and for no charge. Our drain pipes were destroyed and a pretty urgent repaired needed to be done, and they delivered with an extremely fast response.
