We wish to express our gratitude to the team at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home. We were treated with support and compassion from the moment we placed the first phone call. Both funeral directors, Neil and Don, were extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind, guiding us through the entire process, including the follow-up with all the paperwork. As a result, we had a very special and peaceful send off for my Mom. On behalf of our family, Anita and I thank you for your service.
Customer service was professional . I dealt with Lino most of the time and he was awesome, he returned my emails so promtly and answered all my questions and concerns.Dealing with wonderful people during such a difficult time was extremely helpful
On March 1st, we lost an amazing man, a husband, father, uncle, brother and dear friend to many. We were all in shock by his sudden passing and not fully prepared in advance for the events that followed. Thankfully we were in the best of hands with Dixon Garland Funeral Home and they helped to get the family ready. Our sincerest gratitude to the Dixon Garland Management and all the staff for making our experience during this difficult time much easier. Dixon Garland helped us host a very loving gathering with family & friends. We could not have asked for anything more.
