What an excellent service. Our kitchen faucet broke on Wednesday night. My wife had noticed the Dima Plumbing truck in the neighborhood when taking the puppy out for a walk. I googled them and sent a message. Within a few minutes I was corresponding with them. They took their time answering all my questions and trust me I had a lot 🤣). We were able to arrange a service call for the next day, giving me enough time to get a new faucet. I got the faucet and Andre arrived on time, was quick and very professional. I have been going to Dima Plumbing for our plumbing needs for many, many years, first working with John and now his son Andrei. Their work has always been very good, and their pricing is fair. Recently, there have been two occasions where I have reached out to Andrei with a plumbing concern. Each of these times Andrei was able to walk us through how to fix the problem ourselves. I think many tradespeople would simply come and charge us for something we could fix ourselves. This kind of integrity is so rare. Highly recommend!
Excellent service from start to finish. They arrived exactly on the date and time scheduled and were professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire visit. Not only did they fix the issues I originally called about, but they also identified and repaired a few additional problems that weren’t part of the planned work. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was working properly. The work area was left clean and tidy, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again.
