Had a leaky faucet and my husband went about going to Canadian Tire, getting a new seal and replacing it, only to find that the whole faucet should be replaced, back to Canadian Tire. Came back to install new faucet, and breaks the drain on our fiberglass sink. Back to Canadian Tire for a new sink. Get the sink and faucet installed, turn on the water and we realize a pipe under the sink is leaking. Back to Canadian Tire in time to pick up the wrong part just before closing time. We agreed a professional should be called. And a professional showed up, did the repair and took with him a part to be disposed of that residents cannot and was on his way no more than a few hours after we had placed the call for help. He was also able to take a quick look and 1 flush of our toilet to ascertain that we were indeed in need of a new toilet. He was even kind enough to advise me of the approximate cost of the type of toilet I would need to replace and offered his service price for installation of the new toilet, once we purchased one. All said and done, he was on site for well less than an hour and everything he could fix he did, and he graciously answered our toilet questions. Great job from Mike Dima of Dima Plumbing, even during the covid situation! Highly recommended.
