For the price.. this has to be 5 stars. You won't get anything at this great quality for 15 or 20 bucks. For anyone who gave less than 5 stars, they may have forgot how much they paid.

Philip is a great stylist, patient and no nonsense service. There are many salons in the area with the same low prices and quick service, but this location is my first choice. Will continue to visit this salon.
