Been coming here for 8 years now. Staff is always warm and welcoming as soon as you enter their doors. They are knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and.. they care! The service here is unmatched. I moved and live over an hour away and Blink Optical is still my go to spot for glasses, sunglasses or contact lenses. I wouldn’t be coming here if I didn’t genuinely believe that they’re the best.
We have been customers and neighbours. We are always grateful for their amazing customer service and support. Store has great selection of frames and contact lenses and they take the time with every single customer until they are happy with their choice.
They also do eye exams which is great to have everything in house ??
Optometrist for my exam was very friendly. He was attentive and explained everything to me.Opticians were also very friendly. Took the time to help me find the perfect shape for my face, explained the types of lenses there were, etc. I’m surprised how much patience they had with me, I swear I tried on every single pair of glasses and asked a bunch of questions.Overall I had a really good experience. The pricing for the glasses and the eye exam ($100) were fair. I definitely recommend coming here.
