I recently visited Blind to Go to purchase new blinds, as the cord on the ones I bought from the same store 14 years ago had broken. A young gentleman greeted us warmly and assisted us in selecting new blinds. When he learned that our old blinds were originally purchased from the store, he informed us that they were still under warranty.
The service was exceptional, and we will definitely recommend this store to everyone

An excellent experience from start to finish. David from the 3150 Hwy 7 location assisted us in selecting a roller shade that best fit our needs based on the large size of the window. The process was seamless and we couldn't be happier. Under 10 days from order to install and the roller shade looks excellent. Quality and excellent customer service from David. We’ll be back for the other windows in the home for sure.

I was helped by Marjan who was very patient and really took the time with me on a few occasions to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and worked for my place. I also spoke to Jaismeen on one occasion and she was only great. Highly recommend and really appreciate the service I received. Thank you!
