I brought my 2016 Mercedes E class in with issues starting. I swore to them it must be the starter. They spent hours checking and rechecking the starter, running diagnostics, and tried their best to save me from a big bill. It turns out the nearly new battery from Canadian Tire was the cause. They replaced with a MB battery for far less than the cost of a starter motor and the car has worked great ever since.
Courteous interactions, frequent phone updates and detailed reports throughout the experience - highly recommended and I will go back for my routine service as well.

Was a bit difficult getting an appointment as I originally requested for Jan 4 but no one reached out until Jan 12. Changed spark plugs and o2 sensor. A bit pricey but they seem to have resolved my issues. Took a bit long at 4.5 hours so in the future id probably leave and come back. Clean washrooms but some refreshments would help elevate the wait experience.

Ive had a car issue that has lasted for 6 months. Going to Bimmex was something should have done from the get go.they worked on my EV for at least 1.5 hours and because it was a VW, VW limits access to work. They were not going to charge me. Class acts, and they wont leave you in doubt. Trust their work, it hard to find mechanics you can trust. You can trust Bimmex 100%
