I contacted Shalini to discuss solar panels system installation in the first week of February. At first, she was inappropriate on the phone. Horrible customer service from their Project Coordinator. She refused to answer a simple question with respect to providing a quote, but instead insisted upon wanting my phone number and address. I explained I don't like my privacy being violated, but she apparently cannot provide a quote for a 600 kWh per month system without knowing where EXACTLY I live in my uptown neighbourhood of Toronto. Like does it really matter whether I live in Leaside or Rosedale? Or the exact address? I just want a quote for a 600 kWh per month solar system + a battery system so I can be completed off grid. After doing some research and speaking with a few companies for our MircroFit Project, we are very happy to have selected New Dawn Energy Solutions. Nani and his team are very professional and courteous. Their experience and knowledge shows as they managed the entire project from start to finish with very little disruption to our lives and while keeping us completely aware of everything. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to New Dawn Energy Solutions.
