The services are clean efficient and they strive for perfection. Love love love this place ❤️ 💗 wouldn't choose any other place. I have been coming here for years and have tried different waxologists here. Lately, my favourite go-to person is Hong. She makes the experience such an easy process since she's so easy to talk to and is quick and efficient with the way she waxes. I love coming in and chatting with Hong! Waxon has been my favourite spot for all these years and my sensitive skin appreciates Waxon very much!

I've just wrapped up my laser sessions here which I got a great deal on because of their laser promotion. I am very happy with my results. I had a couple of switch overs with my technicians in the middle but Niha the manager was excellent at setting me up with Huang for my last several sessions and Huang has done a great job. She is well versed in what she does and very knowledgable. I'm considering proceeding with other laser services now too. Niha's is a very thoughtful, patient and reasonable location manager and her customer service skills are excellent as well. Overall I'm very happy with my experience here!
