I wanted to share an amazing experience I had at the Signature Cosmetic Clinic, and wanted to highlight the incredible performance of their entire staff, but especially two of them, the manager of the Vaughan branch, Ms Anki, and their Laser Procedure Specialist, Ms. Mint. I have never experienced this level of quality in customer service and technical skill as I did at Signature Cosmetic Clinic in Toronto, anywhere else in the United States, Canada, or overseas.<br><br>Above all, there was the compassion, diligence, and care that Ms. Anki (branch manager) showed during my visit. During my consult over the phone, I received some confusing pricing information from one of the consult specialists. When I arrived to the clinic (originally the FMP Markham branch), I discovered the mistake, and was predictably concerned about it. Another consult specialist, Ms. Jojo, immediately stepped in to hear my concern, to assist me, and vouch for me (as did Laser Procedure Specialist Mint). Honestly, all of the front desk staff was so supportive. Coincidentally, the handle on the laser machine was not functioning that day at the FMP branch. The staff then paid for an Uber to take me to a different clinic so I didn’t have to drive myself, and sent the Laser Specialist (Ms. Mint) that I had chosen with us.<br><br>It was there at the Vaughan clinic that I met Ms. Anki. She was incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and understanding. She not only completely resolved the price issue, but actually did EXTRA because of the trouble that I went through. She took complete accountability and control of the situation, so that I wasn’t left figuring it out by myself, and was pleasant throughout the entire ordeal. I had bad luck that day, because there was a malfunction on the machine at the Vaughan location as well. Ms. Anki then stayed at work late past the end of her shift, and drove me to another center (which was closed), reopened it, and the staff stayed late until after 9pm to finish the procedure. I could tell that parts of the resolution became complicated, and Ms. Anki pushed to make sure that I was treated fairly, while being very accommodating the entire time. I am so grateful for the treatment that Ms. Anki and the S.C. staff gave me. The Laser Technician Mint was also incredible, I've written a review about her in the Markham FMP location, please read it. I would recommend her for any laser procedure above anyone else in North or South America.<br><br>This is absolutely a world-class clinic, and because of the quality of the people who work there. I hope that you can travel here to have the experience that I did. I also hope that the clinic director understands the incredible caliber of staff they have in Ms. Anki and Ms. Mint. 10 stars out of 5.”
