Maple Mazda Service Centre

I had an excellent experience with Maple Mazda, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Larisa, my service advisor. On the way to a trip to Niagara Falls, my check engine light came on, and I was worried it might derail the whole day. Larisa and the team at Maple Mazda were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a solution by replacing several key parts of the cooling system.

What impressed me most was the timeliness, professionalism, and clear communication throughout the process. Best of all, the repair was fully covered under Mazda’s special warranty extension, which was a huge relief.

Brought my car in for simple oil change and cabin air filter change. Cost me $180.00. A week later several issues come up. Engine light, alarm issues, AFS started to flash and horrible gas mileage. lesson learned and I know my stuff as well. Thought this was the best route to go with my beloved Mazda 3. Def a big "not!" and I told them about it and they tell me to take it to another dealership. lol. Brutal!Service: Oil change
